Installation Notes:

Adobe Acrobat comes up during installation: MLS Easy Immersion does not require nor use Adobe. Your computer may be using adobe as a default program to read the installation disk.  Go to "My Computer" and click on your CD ROM drive.  The software disk folders will display.  Double Click on "set-up.exe".  This will launch the installation. Please MAKE SURE you are loading one of the three MLS Easy Immersion Disks and not one of the nine Audio Disks in your CD ROM drive.

Disk will not load - media player comes up: MLS Easy Immersion is sold as Global Access in Costco Stores.  The Global Access package contains 9 audio disks from another publisher and three MLS Easy Immersion Disks.  Please MAKE SURE you are loading one of the three MLS Easy Immersion Disks and not one of the nine Audio Disks in your CD ROM drive.  Please MAKE SURE you are loading one of the three MLS Easy Immersion Disks and not one of the nine Audio Disks in your CD ROM drive.

Cannot find the product registration page anymore: After you have installed and opened the software there is normally a registration page that appears.  You will need to access this page once you receive your permanent product key via email.  If it does not come up, shut down then software and re-open.  The registration page should re-appear when you attempt to access any lessons. 

Windows font folder opens when program is initially opened: On some computers, the windows font folder opens as fonts are installed.  Please just minimize or close the fonts folder and proceed.

MLS Easy Immersion License Registration:

*If you don't immediately receive your permanent product key email (AFTER YOU COMPLETE THE REGISTRATION PROCESS), be sure to check your spam filter/junk mail folder for your permanent product key email after you have completed the registration process.

You must have an Internet connection to register your software and receive the permanent product license code via email.

* AOL e-mail addresses cannot receive the permanent product code email.  Please use a NON-AOL email account for registration

Your Magnum Language Software was sold with a Temporary Product Code.  You must use this code and your hardware code to submit a request for a permanent Software License key.

When you initially install the software and attempt to access lessons, a License registration page will pop up.  A Hardware Code for your computer will be automatically generated and visible on this page.

You will need your Hardware Code and Temporary Product Code to enter on the web page above.  After you submit the form on the page above, you will receive your permanent code via email.

MLS Easy Immersion™ Setup Instructions:

Step 1 – Insert CD-ROM:

Put the CD-ROM in your computer. If your software version is configured with “AutoRun”, simply wait a few moments to let the application start.

Some versions may have "Auto-Run" disabled. If so, go to "My Computer" and click on the CD Drive.  This will launch the set-up process.

Step 2 - Installation:

Once the application starts, it will guide you through the installation process. If the application does not start on its own, go to your CD-ROM Drive and click to open the application. Once you see the program files you can click on either “Setup” or “AutoRun”.

If you have difficulty with this step, use the e-mail form on the Contact Us Page to submit an explanation of the specific issue you are experiencing.

Step 3 – Starting the Program:

After the program is successfully installed, you may simply insert the CD-ROM whenever you want to use your MLS Easy Immersion Language Course.

Step 4 – Language Localization:

Once you see the Main Screen you can select “Setup” and then “Language”. From the list of languages, select the language you want to have lesson instructions displayed in. Normally, this will be your native language.

Step 5 – Read the Help Section

Take a several moments to read through the entire “Help” section. This will allow you to start using the full potential of the software with less delay.
